Dr Moe Moe Thinn is one of the very few paediatricians in Australia with dual specialities recognition in Community Child Health and General Paediatrics. She is a Consultant Developmental Paediatrician with expertise in developmental and behavioural conditions.

Dr Moe Moe achieved a medical degree and postgraduate diploma in child health from the University of New South Wales. She completed a Master of Public Health from Monash University. Dr Moe Moe has more than ten years of experience in paediatrics working in both rural and metropolitan hospitals through the Sydney Children’s Hospital Network. She has joined Specialist Medical Services Group (SMSG) with a passion for promoting the wellbeing of children and their families.


Dr Moe Moe has been a Conjoint Lecturer at UNSW Medicine as well as an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Wollongong and is actively involved with teaching and examining medical students. She is committed to ongoing education, research studies and charity work.

Cara is a registered psychologist with a wide variety of experience working with individuals and their families across the lifespan - from childhood, adolescence and adulthood. Cara uses a strengths based, empathic and professional approach to assist individuals with achieving their goals. She has worked in community health settings (including headspace), private practice settings and schools, assisting people from various socio-cultural backgrounds and with a range of mental health issues.


Cara has facilitated individualised programs and therapy for clients and their families, in addition to developing and facilitating groups using evidence based practice to improve mental health and wellbeing of individuals in the community. Cara is passionate about catering to fit the individual needs of clients using a range of therapeutic approaches including; Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.

Fay is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist. She holds a Bachelor degree in Biological Technology (Genetic Engineering direction) and a Master in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Canberra. She has been working as a dietitian in ACT and NSW for many years, both in community / organizations and private practice environments. In the University, Fay has performed randomised controlled trial research in assessing the role of Vitamin D supplement in Diabetes Mellitus management. 


Fay specializes in management of chronic diseases through diet and exercise such as Diabetes, hyperlipidaemia (high cholesterol), cardiovascular diseases and obesity. She is also experienced in food allergy, food intolerance, coeliac disease, elderly nutrition and youth and pregnant women nutrition. In the community, Fay is also a member of the Advisory Council of the Australasian Medical Services Coalition. 


Her goal is to inspire men, women and children towards good health and self-belief through tasty nutrition and exercise.

Stephanie Yu

Stephanie is a member of the Dietitians Australia and an Accredited Practising Dietitian. She completed her Bachelor degree in Food, Nutrition and Health (Major in Nutritional Science) in Vancouver as well as a Master in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney.


She completed her professional trainings in Concord Repatriation General Hospital and Westmead Women's and Newborn Clinic. She has vast experiences in diet and weight management with clients of various backgrounds including various chronic conditions (e.g. overweight/obesity, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, stroke) and pregnancy. She aims to provide evidence-based interventions to motivate her clients to initiate positive diet changes in their lifestyles. With her passion for food and nutrition, she truly hopes that her client can achieve their health goals through personalised meal planning and sustainable diet habits.


Stephanie speaks Cantonese and Mandarin in addition to English.

Sue is a passionate and experienced psychologist with significant expertise in working with young children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of learning, behavioural and mental health issues. She has worked in private practice and educational settings assisting people from a culturally and linguistically diverse population.


Sue’s personal style is empathetic, and values driven. She draws from a range of evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy to address individual needs. 


Sue has experience and interest working with a number of presentations including depression, anxiety (including OCD), post-traumatic stress, deliberate self-harm, emotional dysregulation, academic and work-related stress, and relationship difficulties. Sue believes in a collaborative and flexible approach, that focuses on building a strong therapeutic alliance and tailors treatment approaches to the specific needs of individuals. 


Sue has a special interest in trauma related conditions and her continuous engagement in professional learning ensures she is well-informed of the latest trends, research, and best-practice. She is currently undertaking further study in family mediation to assist families resolve their disputes instead of using the family law courts.
